Flip chip COB products use full flip light-emitting chip and solder-free packaging technology, the light-emitting chip is directly bonded with the solder pad of the PCB board , welding from point to surface, welding area increased, solder joints reduced and product performance is more stable.

The packaging layer does not need welding space, packaging layer is lighter and thinner, reduce thermal resistance, improve light quality,and  the life of the display.
